Prince Harry went on a public charity run and chatted with locals, because he’s just that kind of guy

It’s always fun to catch a glimpse of someone we admire doing something we admire, like exercising for the greater good – and even better when it happens to be a member of the Royal Family.

That’s right, Prince Harry was spotted running with a charity in London, and he looked characteristically relaxed as he interacted with the locals.

The charity is (appropriately named) The Running Charity, and it was set up to help homeless people — and those who are at risk of becoming homeless — set positive goals for themselves in a supportive environment. Although Prince Harry is obviously an important figure (who is far fromhomeless), he seemed to blend right in.

Look, they even did squats! And looks like he took it like a champ.

And according to Claude Amuhire, who runs the London Marathon, the workout itself was a breeze for him.

"He did not find any of it hard – I think he has been training for today!" he told People. "But I did try to get him in the warm-up. We had a really hard warm-up. He kept giving me looks every time I said, ‘Five squats!’"

If only we were there to see those looks in person. Ummmmm serious question: We know Prince Harry is busy and everything, but can he come and run in the U.S. sometime? Just throwing it out there.
