The pizza towel and 9 other pizza-themed accessories you’ll need for summer
Memorial Day is right around the corner and you know what that means: Summer. And you know what summer means: The beach. With that in mind, it’s time to start prepping to spend all day out in the sun, and what better way to do that then combining the love of the beach, with the love of pizza? Has there ever been a more perfect union? Probably not.
Pizza sage, Grant Barnes got “bored of simply putting pizza in [his] mouth” so he invented what we all need for the beach this year: Pizza towels. This takes pizza to a whole new level, as he writes, “I wanted to be able to lie on a pizza at the beach, pool or local swamp without getting greasy and cheesy.” That’s one of our life dreams, too! The pizza towel even comes in a pizza box, because delivery is very important. Opening up the box, inside is a soft, cotton towel that’s just under five feet wide. If we can’t eat this giant pizza, the next best thing is lying out on it, I guess.

Summer’s the time for thunderstorms, and the last thing anyone ever wants is to get caught in a sudden downpour. It’s best to always have a pizza umbrella at the ready, just in case.
