This is so aca-awesome! BFFs Brittany Snow and Kelley Jakle just released a cover song, and we can’t stop listening to it.
Yes, two of your favorite Pitch Perfect stars have teamed up for a fun cover project, and you really need to hear it.
On Tuesday, Snow (who plays Chloe in the movies) and Jakle (who plays Jessica) shared a snippet of their new track on Instagram.
Spoiler alert: it’s awesome.
"To do something random & creative @kelleyjakle & I remixed/covered a favorite song of ours," Snow captioned a fierce photo of her and Jakle.
“Thanks to @jeffsontag for helping us create our own weird take on the beautiful ‘Drive’ by Oh Wonder,” she continued. “No plans to be a singer but this sure was fun — thanks to my talented bf @kelleyjakle.”
We always knew the Barden Bellas were talented, but hearing them perform something other than a cappella is SO fun.
The two friends nail their rendition of “Drive” by Oh Wonder. Plus, you can hear it on Spotify now, or you can buy it on iTunes here.
We know what you’re thinking — why can’t there be more than one song? Well, like Snow said in her caption, she isn’t looking to sing as a career, but maybe with all the fan support we will get some more duets. Fingers crossed.
