Pink’s “spring break” photos will give parents everywhere a good chuckle
This spring, we’re thinking Pink. That is to say, we need more of her and cotton candy-colored hair in our lives. So when the soulful singer took to Instagram to share intimate family photos from her sweet “spring break” getaway with her hubby Carey Hart, we were happier than a kid on an Easter Sunday sugar high.
The most awww-inspiring of the pair of pics features Pink and the newest addition to the couple’s growing brood, Jameson Moon, chilling in the sunshine — the songstress clad in a white bathrobe and her hair tied up in a top knot. The image screams serenity and gives us a glimpse of a softer shade of Pink.
But true to her hard rock roots, Pink always keeps it 100 percent real.
Snapping a pic of hubby Carey Hart stealing a quick snooze on a patio lounge chair, Pink exposes the reality of raising rock star children: It’s hella exhausting! Parenting appears less “Get The Party Started” and more “Just Give Me A Reason” (to stay awake!).
Pink has definitely earned a little downtime. After giving birth to her second child in December, Pink headlined festivals in Canada, Europe, and the U.K. Also, in March, the music video for Stargate’s new single “Waterfall” featuring Pink and Sia dropped and quickly racked up over 4 million views on YouTube.
Today, Pink and Carey with kids in tow paint quite the family portrait on their well-deserved “spring break.”
