Pink says her daughter Willow is a little jealous of new baby Jameson, but they’re working on it!
When we heard that Pink welcomed her second child with Carey Hart, a beautiful boy with the coolest name ever, Jameson Moon, we were over the moon (sorry). But apparently her 5-year-old daughter Willow Sage (also an extremely cool name) isn’t too thrilled with being second fiddle!
On The Ellen DeGenerous Show, Pink admitted that she puts Jameson down when Willow walks into the room. Awwww.
"Willow is a little weepy these days so we're working it out," Pink told Ellen over the phone.
And by working it out, she means throwing a party! That’s right, when little Jameson arrived, Pink threw Willow a special “big sister party” – complete with a chocolate cake – to try and ease her into the transition. By the looks of things, Willow doesn’t look too put off (after all, cake does make everything better). P.S…is Pink the best mom ever, or what?!
Note the adorable caption, “Congrats Big Sis! #bigsisterparty.” Here’s another snap of Willow, where she’s actually beaming with Jameson in her arms. And it looks genuine!
But of course, we understand where Willow is coming from. It can definitely be tricky when new family members are introduced, so we totally get why she might be hesitant at first.
We hope that Willow is starting to feel excited about being Jameson’s big sister, because that’s a legit responsibility that continues all through life! And Jameson is pretty cute, so how could you not warm up to that bundle of joy?
We’re sending all the love to this family, and we can’t wait for more pictures of Jameson and Willow, who we’re confident will grow to be the most darling brother-sister team around.
