Pink announced she’s having her second baby and we’re so excited for her
There’s good news in Pink’s world. On Saturday, Pink announced she’s having her second baby with her husband, Carey Hart. The pair already has a 5-year-old daughter together named Willow, and now their beautiful baby girl is going to be a big sister! Pink broke the big news by sharing a stunning Instagram photo with Willow and her baby bump, alongside the caption ‘Surprise!’
We are surprised indeed, although Pink has previously hinted at wanting another child. Earlier this year, Pink shared her desire to expand her family on Good Morning America. She said, “I feel like I have two kids right now. I would like a third. … Carey’s an awesome husband and a really good dad, but he’s also like a second child.” Looks like her wish came true! No word yet on when the baby is due, but judging by Pink’s beautiful bump, she’s pretty far along.
Pink and Carey Hart, a retired motocross racer, have been together for 15 years. The couple began dating in 2001, walked down the aisle in 2006, and welcomed first born Willow together in 2011. Looks like big life changes happen about every 5 years for this dynamic duo, so they are right on time for baby number 2! It warms our heart to see the couple happy together and expanding their little family. They have had a rocky relationship at times, including two breakups, but their love always brings them back together.
Seriously though, we can’t get over how cute this pregnancy announcement is. We totally hope she releases more photos, because with her maternity glow and flawless bohemian wardrobe, Pink is total maternity photoshoot #goals. Only time will tell if our wishes will be granted by more pictures of her precious bump, but in the meantime we’ll keep staring at her Insta. Congratulations, Pink and Carey!
