Pillsbury is making all of our dreams come true with Girl Scout cookie baking mixes
Now we don’t have to wait until Girl Scout cookie season rolls around to get our Thin Mint fix. Pillsbury has teamed up with Girl Scouts of the USA to release new baking products inspired by two of everyone’s favorite Girl Scout cookie flavors — Thin Mints and Caramel deLites!
As Refinery29 reports, there are four mixes in total, which will allow you to make Caramel & Coconut blondies and cupcakes, along with Thin Mint cupcakes and brownies right at home. Are we dreaming?! You’ll be able to find the mixes at most grocery stores for $3.29.
Even though Girl Scout cookie season is considered a magical time of year, much like Christmas, the fact that we’ll be able to get these enjoy these flavors year-round won’t take away from the beauty of ordering a box of Thin Mint cookies and stashing them in the freezer (HIGHLY recommended, if you don’t do that already). Plus, whenever you buy cookies, you’re supporting a great cause. The fundraising helps Girl Scouts learn skills such as business ethics, goal setting, and money management.
