“Dancing With The Stars” couple Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy just got married – in a castle!

The gorgeous Dancing With The Stars couple Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy just got married. And we have the details about the dress and the kiss. Naturally, the couple got married in a castle, surrounded by candles and crystals, with Murgatroyd in a princess dress. They sealed the deal yesterday at Oheka Castle in Long Island, New York.

Built in 1919 on a 443 acre plot, the castle was once a summer home to philanthropist Otto Hermann Kahn. Moreover, the castle was an inspiration for The Great Gatsby. It was also featured in Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space” music video.

When Chmerkovskiy initially spotted the castle, he asked Murgatroyd to consider it, she told People.

“Maks has loved this place for years," she said. "I took on the suggestion and I fell in love with it immediately."

Additionally, the wedding included a big ivory wedding dress.

"I didn’t want a stark white dress. I just love the old-fashioned feel of the ivory," Murgatroyd said. "Especially against the castle, I didn’t want stark white. I think it’s more sleek, in a way.

Also, look at how adorable their first kiss is!

Clearly, the romance is alive for these two.

So what about the dancing?

Even though the pair are dance professionals, their first dance was simple and sweet. First, there was a nice slow dance. Then, it was an evening of getting down. The decorations were cream, black, and white.

“I wanted the entire celebration to be super-chic and glamorous," Murgatroyd said. "I just wanted it to be just so pure and gorgeous.

The duo first began dating in 2012 after meeting on Broadway in 2009. While the stunning dancers were performing in Miami, Chmerkovskiy proposed. The couple have a son together, Shai. He was born in early 2017.

“I’ve always wanted to get married," said Murgatroyd. "And only get married once — so this is really special moment for me.

The lavish wedding took place over three days, with a Shabbat dinner and brunch. We are so happy for the beautiful newlyweds and their happy little family!
