People really want Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus to perform a duet at the Manchester benefit concert
Fans online are petitioning for Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus to perform a duet of “Don’t Dream it’s Over” by Crowded House during the Manchester benefit concert this Sunday (May 4th).
Earlier this week, it was announced Ariana Grande would be returning to Manchester, England, for a concert in honor of the victims of the terrorist attack that struck the singer‘s “Dangerous Woman World Tour” concert in the city on May 22nd. Fellow performers such as Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Coldplay, Take That, and Niall Horan are set to perform at the event, which takes place at Emirates Old Trafford stadium.
Given the amount of incredible artists that are heading to Manchester to offer their support, fans are hoping that Ariana Grande and a certain Ms. Miley Cyrus might team up for a duet.
The pair previously duetted together on an emotional and moving performance of “Don’t Dream it’s Over” for Miley’s Happy Hippie Presents: Backyard Sessions. The pair, both dressed in adorable onesies, sang the track together, and for many the song’s sentiments are fitting for the occasion.

In fact, writing for Buzzfeed, Matt Stopera noted that he had come across the idea online, and people were pretty keen on this collab happening. false

We can imagine that Sunday’s concert is going to be an emotional and moving tribute to those affected and to those who lost their lives, so we know that every performance is going to be special. However, we’d love to see these two artists coming together for a song that clearly means a lot to so many people.
