It’s not Easter without a few iconic things: Dyeing eggs pastel spring colors, rocking a floral outfit, and eating all the candy your heart desires. One important staple for the Easter season are marshmallow Peeps. Besides, you know, eating them, or microwaving them until they explode, they actually make a mean s’more dip.

This Peeps s’mores dip is as tasty as it is colorful. Add your favorite chocolate to a skillet, arrange in a rainbow, and melt until it’s gooey, chocolatey, and ready to dip. Use graham crackers, your favorite cookies — or get wild and dip more Peeps into the Peep dip! Watch the video and enjoy.

Peeps S’mores Skillet Dip

Serves 10 to 12
Active 15 min. Total 15 min.

2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 (1.5 oz.) milk chocolate candy bars (such as Hershey’s), broken into pieces
4 pink marshmallow chicks (such as Peeps)
4 orange marshmallow chicks
6 yellow marshmallow chicks
6 green marshmallow chicks
6 blue marshmallow chicks
4 purple marshmallow chicks
12 graham crackers

1. Preheat broiler with oven rack 6 inches from heat. Place a 10-inch cast-iron skillet in oven to preheat, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove hot skillet from oven, and add butter, swirling to coat.

2. Evenly distribute dark chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chips, and candy bar pieces to butter in skillet (chocolate will begin to melt). Arrange pink marshmallows in a horizontal line at the top of skillet. Repeat with remaining colors of marshmallows to create a rainbow descending from top to bottom.

3. Broil until marshmallows begin to brown and puff on top, about 1 minute, being careful not to burn.

4. Remove from oven, and serve hot with graham crackers.
