Then vs. Now: How the cast of “Parenthood” has changed in five years

Since it came out in 2010 (yeah, it’s seriously been *so* long already!) the cast of Parenthood has eased their ways into our hearts and become a major part of our lives (or, at least, our Netflix binge watches). We’ve been together through way too many ups and downs, and these throwback shots feel like flipping through ancient photo albums in the *best* way.

Peter Krause — Adam Braverman

With age, Peter Krause has gotten increasingly scruffy looking, and we can’t lie. We’re into it.

Lauren Graham — Sarah Braverman

Our fave Hollywood mom Lauren Graham is a killer no matter how old she is or what her age is, and we’ll love her forever and ever.

Dax Shepard — Crosby Braverman

Like Peter Krause, Dax Shepard has lost some of his clean-cut style in exchange for a more relaxed vibe. We dig it. Maybe there’s even a man bun in his future?! A gal can dream.

Monica Potter — Kristina Braverman

Monica Potter is truly just so lovely, and we’re always fans of her warm glow and friendly smile.

Erika Christensen — Julia Braverman-Graham

Erika Christensen is always all smiles, and we love seeing her switch from warmer to cooler tones. And we are loving the black ensemble, Erika.

Sam Jaeger — Sydney Graham

Sam Jaeger’s sweet face is just as sweet as it was in the beginning, and his eyes may be even kinder, if that’s even possible.

Savannah Paige Rae — Sydney Graham

Savannah Paige Rae is about as CUTE as it gets, and we love few things more than seeing young stars blossom right before our very eyes. Like, OMG.

Max Burkholder — Max Braverman

This little sweetie has grown into a lovely young man, and we’re so excited to see how he continues to grow as an actor over time!

Joy Bryant — Jasmine Trussel

Joy Bryant has always been a stunner, and we feel her band tee vibes like no other. It’s cool to see how her edgy style has manifested itself over time, from the Metallica tee to the faux-leather jeggings. Hello, fall #StyleGoals.

Miles Heizer — Drew Holt

And if we’re going to talk going from sort of “normal” style to way edgier, Miles Heizer takes the cake. With that septum piercing and the turtle neck, plus a lotta bit o’ fur, he’s taken edgy to a new level.

Mae Whitman — Amber Holt

Mae Whitman is just so badass, and her brows are perfectly Cara-esque. Heart eyes x 100,000,000.

Bonnie Bedelia — Camille Braverman

Bonnie Bedelia is so lovely, and we’re definitely into how she’s take the all black look with a pop of pattern to new heights as of late. Our flowy, ~hippie vibes~ have her in our hearts.

Craig T. Nelson — Zeek Braverman

Um, hello trendy scarf!? Craig T. Nelson is so adorable, and we love his willingness to embrace new styles. We can’t wait to see what he decides to rock over the next five years!
