Oreo just released peanut butter ice cream sandwiches, and is there such a thing as too much goodness?
Oreo, the great innovator of our time, is back with your new favorite warm-weather treat: peanut butter ice cream sandwiches.
America’s favorite cookie has released some interesting flavors recently. In March, the company released a Peeps-flavored Oreo. Last year, it came out with a Swedish Fish Oreo.
But whatever your feelings on those flavors, these new ice cream sandwiches look pretty freaking good.
That’s because the concept is deliciously simple. Take the peanut butter-flavored cream that already exists, mix in ice cream, and snuggle it between two cookies. That, my friends, is cold, creamy perfection.

Now to the one hitch — it’s only available in the United Kingdom. BUT. That doesn’t mean it won’t someday be available in American convenience store coolers. We must have hope (and also tweet at the company incessantly).

While they’re at it, the company should definitely bring back the Spongebob and Cinnamon Bun cookies, because those were amazing.
And Oreo also has another yummy flavor set to come out this year. It partnered with Dunkin’ Donuts to create a Dunkin’ Donuts mocha Oreo, which we will be enjoying while drinking a Dunkin’ mocha.
