Whoa, Oreo’s newest cookie flavor is messing with our minds

It’s no secret that we love Oreo’s. Recently we lost our minds over the announcement of the limited-edition flavors of Blueberry Pie and Fruity Crisp, Cookies & Cream, Filled Cupcake, Cinnamon Bun, and Strawberry Shortcake. Oh, and we still have major cravings forvlast year’s Toasted Coconut and Red Velvet.

But in what is perhaps the most confusing and meta flavor the cookie company has ever put out, we give to you—Chocolate Chip Oreos. Hang on, a chocolate chip cookie and an Oreo? Yes, that’s right.

The new flavor was unveiled at the Oreo Wonder Vault in Los Angeles on Monday, and here’s what you need to know: this Oreo is a marriage of your childhood favorite of chocolate chips, with your other childhood favorite of Oreo cream, with the addition of chocolate chips.
