Stop everything: ‘The OC’ is streaming online

If you’re trying to reach friends and loved ones over the next few days, and you can’t, don’t worry. They’re probably just binge-watching all of The OC online because for the first time EVER, all of The OC is available to stream online.

Run, don’t walk, over to The CW Seed right now.

Between Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and even HBO Go, it seems as if all of our favorite shows are streaming somewhere. Up until right now, The OC was not available to stream. I’m trying to think back to the early days of streaming to figure out if it was ever on Netflix, but that already feels like so long ago (OK, it was back in 2007). If you wanted to watch The OC you either had to buy it on DVD, or hope that MTV was running episodes of it at like 11 a.m. in the morning. Otherwise, no Cohen family for you.

Now, thanks to the marvelous people at the CW, they’ve added all four seasons to the CW Seed, the all-streaming offshoot of the CW. Is this the best day ever or the BEST DAY EVER? Even if you already have the CW app on your mobile device, you’re going to need to go ahead and download the one for the CW Seed, which you can do so here.  You can also view it on your computer, but wouldn’t you much rather take Ryan and Seth with you on the go?

The ability to stream The OC was the only thing on my Chrismukkah this year, and look, it’s already been taken care of. So, bye, everyone! See you after my four season binge is over!
