Trick? Or treat? There’s now brunch-flavored candy corn

Aside from the costumes, the parties, the spookiness, and the all-around eerie fall atmosphere, the absolute best part of Halloween is the CANDY! Though packaging on some of the candy brands may have changed, for the most part, the candy given out on Halloween is pretty much the same as it was when we were kids.

We’re talking about Hershey bars, REESE’S, Butterfingers, Twix, Nerds, Snickers, Skittles, Blow Pops, Crunch bars, Starbursts, Milky Ways, and those weird orange taffy candies that no one likes (you know the ones).

But one classic candy is getting a makeover, according to PopSugar, and we’re not exactly sure how we feel about it.

Brach’s Candy Corn is officially introducing a new flavor to its roster — Brunch Favorites.

That’s right, brunch-flavored candy corn. In the bag you’ll find the following flavors: french toast and maple syrup, waffles and strawberry, and chocolate chip and pancakes.

Thankfully, eggs isn’t one of the flavors. Because just no.

It sounds like the new flavors would be delicious, because what’s not to love about maple syrup, waffles, and chocolate chips? But your guess is as good as ours.

The Brunch Favorites variety bag is available for a limited time at Target for $3. Which we’ll probably end up buying… because brunch.
