Nick Jonas casually reunited with his ex in matching denim outfits, as you do
Nick Jonas has been out in the world, doing his thing, and hasn’t been dominating headlines lately. We think he doesn’t mind. He seems like the kind of guy who just wants to make music and be low-key about it. However, Jonas can’t post a picture with his ex on Instagram and not expect the internet to hum.
Jonas ran into his ex-girlfriend Delta Goodrem at a bar recently.
Not only that, they were wearing matching denim outfits when it happened. Seriously, they were both rocking Canadian tuxedos, and we can only assume that this was 100% unplanned — even though it truly looks as though they spent all afternoon coordinating ensembles.
Jonas posted several photos from that night, but it’s the second one that features Goodrem.
"Good night with good people," Jonas captioned the photo.
Goodrem is an Australian singer, and the two dated for a year back in 2012. At the time, Jonas was 19 and Goodrem was 27, but despite their age difference, their relationship was so serious that it warranted a break-up announcement.
“Nick and Delta have decided to mutually end their relationship. At this point in time, they are both focused on their careers as they go on different paths. They remain friends and wish each other the best for the future,” Goodrem’s rep said at the time.
Now, they seem like perfectly friendly pals. Jonas hasn’t been publicly linked with anyone lately, and he says it’s for a reason.
"It’s a choice I made to have this season of my life be solo, so that I can make the most of all I’m trying to accomplish, Jonas told Los Angeles Confidential in September. “I’ve got plenty of time, at 24. I mean I hope I have plenty of time!
