And here’s Ne-Yo covering one of our fave Disney songs

A couple weeks ago, we told you about the cover album to end all cover albums. This October, singers across all genres will be putting their voices together to bring you the most incredible Disney album the world has ever witnessed. The compilation album, aptly named We Love Disney, boasts an array of talent, ranging from mega-stars like Ne-Yo, Gwen Stefani, Jason Derulo and Ariana Grande to newcomers like Jessie Ware, Jhené Aiko, Yuna, and Brenna Whitaker.

Every artist on the album has put their unique spin on Disney classics like “Can You Feel The Love Tonight” (The Lion King), “Friend Like Me” (Aladdin), and “A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes” (Cinderella).

If you have any doubts about how incredible this album is going to be, here’s the track listing:

Ne-Yo “Friend Like Me” (Aladdin)
Jessie J “Part of Your World“ (The Little Mermaid)
Jason Derulo “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” (The Lion King)
Gwen Stefani “The Rainbow Connection” (The Muppet Movie)
Ariana Grande “Zero To Hero” (Hercules)
Jhené Aiko “In a World of My Own/Very Good Advice” (Alice in Wonderland)
Fall Out Boy “I Wan’na Be Like You (The Monkey Song)” (The Jungle Book)
Tori Kelly “Colors of the Wind” (Pocahontas)
Kacey Musgraves “A Spoonful of Sugar” (Mary Poppins)
Charles Perry “Ev’rybody Wants To Be a Cat” (The Aristocats)
Jessie Ware “A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes” (Cinderella)
Lucy Hale & Rascal Flatts “Let It Go” (Frozen)
Various Artists “It’s a Small World”

Now that you’ve got the lay of the land, you’re probably ready to start listening to the goods. We’ve got you covered.

First off, Disney released a rad trailer that features some behind-the-scenes footage of the making of the album, produced by 16-time Grammy Award winning producer and Verve Music chairman David Foster.

Even better? We’ve got the first track off the record: Ne-Yo’s gorgeously smooth take on Aladdin’s “Friend Like Me.” It’s like a grown-up version of the original and it’s making our day a little more awesome.

The album hits shelves on October 30, but you can pre-order it here.
