Have you ever had one of those moments where you mess up big time and you feel like everyone is watching? We’re willing to bet that your humiliation was likely a far cry less mortifying than that of Dutch gymnast Epke Zonderland, the Olympian who face planted from his high bar during the Rio 2016 Olympics today.

That’s right: Zonderland literally face planted from his high bar during the games, and thanks to our updated world world of technology and social media, you can see the horrible moment with your very own eyes:

As big as this mistake is, however, don’t, uh, make any mistakes. Zonderland is actually the defending Olympic champion in the high bar. That’s right: He won the gold medal in the 2012 Olympics in this very area. From what we can see of his routine from today, he is still as skillful and talented as ever.

Luckily, it appears that Zonderland is okay. Though horrifying to watch, Zonderland’s fall today reminds us of an important lesson: Everyone, even Olympians, make mistakes sometimes.
