What a day, friends. Following Trump’s presidential election win, democratic candidate Hillary Clinton called him to concede the election. This morning, Clinton delivered her concession speech to the public in New York. The room was filled with people cheering “Hillary” and clapping, and our hearts had all the feels. How did this Trump win even happen, y’all? Clinton’s loss to Trump was completely unexpected, and we all wanted to know what she had to say in her concession speech.

Originally, her speech was supposed to take place last night. But plans changed. John Podesta, her campaign manager, said,

Many are hurting this morning following Trump’s win, but Team Hillary came out prepared to console. VP candidate Tim Kaine shared his own feelings regarding the loss, and noted how proud he was to have worked on the Clinton campaign.

Clinton came ready to inspire with her concession speech, and it was all too necessary. Watch for yourself:
