We’re still saddened by the sudden and tragic loss of Christina Grimmie. The 22-year-old Voice alum was shot and killed a few weeks ago during a meet and greet, and the world was left trying to make sense of a senseless act. Since then, many of Christina’s close friends have paid tribute to her, like Adam Levine, Selena Gomez, and Meghan Trainor.

But some of the most touching tributes have come from the YouTube community. Before Christina rose to fame on The Voice, she was very active on YouTube. Her absence was felt at last week’s VidCon, but the festival paid a beautiful tribute to her and her gift for singing.

VidCon co-founders Hank and John Green presented this touching video during the festival, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. It’s a truly moving tribute to Christina’s life, talent, and career, highlighting everything from her early YouTube videos to her best Voice appearances.

VidCon wasn’t the same without Christina, but we’re confident her presence will still be felt every year. Grab some tissues and watch the tribute below.
