It’s always fun to catch a glimpse of someone we admire doing something we admire, like exercising for the greater good – and even better when it happens to be a member of the Royal Family.

That’s right, Prince Harry was spotted running with a charity in London, and he looked characteristically relaxed as he interacted with the locals.

The charity is (appropriately named) The Running Charity, and it was set up to help homeless people — and those who are at risk of becoming homeless — set positive goals for themselves in a supportive environment. Although Prince Harry is obviously an important figure (who is far from homeless), he seemed to blend right in.

Look, they even did squats! And looks like he took it like a champ.

And according to Claude Amuhire, who runs the London Marathon, the workout itself was a breeze for him.

If only we were there to see those looks in person. Ummmmm serious question: We know Prince Harry is busy and everything, but can he come and run in the U.S. sometime? Just throwing it out there.
