On Tuesday, we all watched as President Barack Obama delivered his farewell speech to the nation. And on Saturday, Obama gave us his final weekly update from the White House, reiterating points he made in Chicago and exuding even more grace and gratitude. (And, yup, we’re crying all over again.)

In the video shared by the White House, he again thanked Americans, for engaging with and inspiring him, regardless of party affiliation.

This speech, like all his speeches, was filled with some beautiful moments. This final farewell was particularly packed with reminders of our togetherness.

As if that weren’t beautiful enough, he added this touching sentiment and we are officially losing it.

Despite the hardships, he delineates several moments that instilled hope and determination over the past eight years.

Obama praises democracy for its ability to band communities together to make progressive change, and urges Americans to remember this moving forward.

If you that already have separation anxiety about the Obamas leaving the White House, be sure to check out the virtual guided tour of the White House, led by Barack and Michelle themselves. It’s like we’re right there with them, in their final week at at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Thank you, Obama.
