Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will likely announce the birth of their baby in this modern way
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, are well-known for doing things a little differently than the rest of the royals. As the duo prepares to welcome their first child into the world, they seem to be doing it on their own terms. And that’s why you’ll likely hear about the birth of their baby in a rather unique way—at least for the royals. In October, Harry and Meghan announced they were having their first baby. However, instead of doing so through an official press release, the pair announced their pregnancy on social media.
“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019,” Kensington Palace shared in an Instagram photo. “Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.”
