Kylie Jenner was "meant to be a blonde," according to her new hair pic on Instagram
The queen of hair transformations is back, everybody. New mom, Lip Kit mogul, and hair chameleon Kylie Jenner surprised us by debuting platinum blonde hair on Instagram. And, guys, it’s serious #hairgoals. She kept her Instagram caption simple and mysterious by writing, “I think I was meant to be blonde,” followed by a smirking emoji. Okay, we love seeing pictures of baby Stormi, but we’ve really missed Kylie’s radical hair changes.
So, did Kylie Jenner dye her hair blonde? It appears she’s wearing a wig. While we don’t have confirmation as of yet, she did tag her wig specialist and go-to hairstylist, Tokyo Stylez, in the new photo. Tokyo is the man behind Kylie’s most dramatic and iconic hair changes, including the baby blue hair she wore in 2015 that launched a pastel hair movement. She’s also tried everything from midnight blue waves to a highlighter bob to long peach strands. Basically, Kylie can pull off any hair color, but she feels herself the most as a blonde, according to her Instagram caption.
Tokyo also posted the same image on his Instagram account, tagging the wig store @therealexotichair. Oh yes, we absolutely did go to their account and, sure enough, they posted the photo of Kylie’s newly blonde hair. They added in the caption that it’s one of their lace wigs. Yes, we did detective work to find this out.
More recently, Kylie had black hair.
We’re also getting throwback feels, since Kylie has worn this hairstyle before back in 2017.
Either way, we love seeing Kylie with her blonde hair.
