Well, we finally got the news we all knew would come eventually: Kylie Jenner gave birth to a baby girl on February 1st, as announced in an Instagram post where Jenner explained why she kept her pregnancy a secret. So now that we know that, yes, finally and officially, the pregnancy rumors were true, and that Kylie Jenner’s baby with boyfriend Travis Scott is a girl, we are left with two lingering, gnawing questions: What is the baby’s name, and when are we going to see some pictures of Kylie Jenner’s baby?

Honestly, we should all take a deep breath and prepare ourselves for the fact that Kylie might not post any photos of her new little one anytime soon. (Hey, she also might. We don’t know her life clearly.) The fact that she was so emphatically secretive and private about her pregnancy is the biggest clue we have when trying to figure out when (or even if) she will post photos of her baby girl to social media — motherhood is obviously something that Kylie wants to keep as protected from the public eye as possible.

Seriously, we love the fact that in a family where being public and revelatory about their lives is literally how they make a living, the Kardashians and Jenners always know when to keep things behind the scenes.

Even though we expect to probably not see any snaps of Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott’s new baby girl anytime soon, a decision which we totally respect, we can admit that we’re DYING to see what will undoubtedly be a beautiful (and insta-famous) little girl.
