Kristen Bell is famous for being a lover of pets. She has long been an animal rights advocate, and a proud mom to a Welsh Corgi-Chow Chow rescue dog named Lola. She even fosters pets from time to time! (We’re not kidding, you can check her Instagram for receipts.) Oh, and how could anyone ever forget that one time she had a full-fledged panic attack when her husband Dax Shepard surprised her with a sloth for her 31st birthday? That moment will go down in history as one of the most adorable pet surprises of all time.

So, to celebrate National Pet Day, Netflix tapped Kristen Bell to conduct a once-in-a-lifetime interview with some of their biggest furry stars.

We’re talking Mews from Stranger Things, Bunny and Kitty from Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, the Barkingham Palace corgis from The Crown, Benji from Benji, and Cosmo from Fuller House. She sat in a room with all of them — which we could only assume is called, ehem, The Good Place — and tried her best not to burst into tears right then and there.

"This is a very big day for me. Today, I get to sit down and interview Hollywood's biggest stars," Kristen Bell quipped. "Now, I normally don't get starstruck, but this is not your ordinary group of actors. These are legends, royalty. They're national treasures. I'm sweating. I'm so excited, I hope I don't cry. No, that would be too on brand even for me."

(Again, we direct you to the sloth video.)

Impressively enough, the Bad Moms star managed to keep her cool, and asked the Hollywood (or should we say Pawllywood? No? Okay) royalty some burning questions. We don’t want to spoil things for you, but let’s just say that the interview went purr-fectly, despite some, uh, *ruff* technical difficulties.

It ended with Kristen Bell and Cosmo chilling on the couch watching Bojack Horseman, reinforcing a recent Netflix survey that says everyone’s pre-furred method of binge-watching is with pets. (It’s ours, too.)
