Kim Kardashian is standing up for her man and his brand. After seeing negative tweets about Yeezy, the shoe and apparel company Kanye West brought to life, she set the record straight about Yeezy’s Season 7 line.

While it’s a verified account, Kardashian made sure to note that “Yeezy Mafia,” which is usually quick to break news on the brand, isn’t someone who’s actually affiliated with Yeezy. The account tweeted that Season 7 wouldn’t consist of any new apparel, claiming that West wasn’t feeling “inspired.”

“There won’t be any apparel or accessories for SEASON 7 as Kanye West couldn’t do what he wanted to achieve with this collection,” the now-deleted tweet read, according to Entertainment Tonight.

The account made it seem as if West pulled a bait-and-switch, and that vendors who were interested in the collection were met with an empty showroom. Since fans often look to Yeezy Mafia for their latest news about the brand, Kardashian made sure to let fans know that the account was very misinformed.

She went one step further, providing more intel about Season 7.

And since a picture’s worth a thousand words, she pulled a few examples of the new line with the caption “Season 7,” and retweeted them. It’s likely that these looks will be included once the line is unveiled.

You can’t argue that Kim Kardashian is a super supportive partner.

Yeezy Mafia eventually apologized — sort of. They clarified that their initial wording was deceptive.

Now we’re more amped than ever to see the brand’s new apparel when it launches.
