The ever-delightful Nina Dobrev recently stopped by the HelloGiggles studio to play a round of “Truth Bomb or Glitter Bomb” and chat with us about her new CBS sitcom, Fam. During the game, the Degrassi alum had to either share a truth for each question or pump air into the glitter-filled balloon to pass on an answer—unleashing a possible glitter explosion for each time she remained mum. As for the truth bombs? The revelations were hilarious and relatable, just like Dobrev.

When asked to dish on her most embarrassing celebrity encounter, Dobrev revealed that Jessica Alba once mistook her for another Canadian actress.

Alba was referencing fellow Canadian actress Emmanuelle Chriqui, known for her roles in HBO’s Entourage and the Adam Sandler flick You Don’t Mess With the Zohan. For reference, here’s a side-by-side photo of the two actresses.

In Alba’s defense, there is an uncanny resemblance between the two beauties. So we can honestly understand how this slip-up happened.

Dobrev also dished on her most Canadian trait: her deep love of ketchup chips. “It’s chips with ketchup on them. Like in a bag,” she explained. (Sounds accurate.) We only wonder if Chriqui has the same snack preference.

Fam premieres on Thursday, January 10th on CBS at 9:30 p.m. local time.
