Here's a quick public service announcement from Jennifer Lawrence: "Dick is dangerous"
This just in: Jennifer Lawrence’s much-publicized “thirst” isn’t *quite* as intense as we may have been led to believe.
J.Law was recently quoted on her raunchy plans to act on her crush on Call Me By Your Name‘s Timothée Chalamet, 22 (“Buttering him up like a pig for slaughter,” so she can make a move when he’s a little older, of course, were her exact words to Entertainment Tonight).
Where these types of matters are concerned, Jennifer Lawrence has never been particularly reserved.
In this case, she went on to elaborate on why she’s generally stuck to being a one-man kind of woman. And her explanation is super relatable, TBH.
Hey, better safe than sorry is always a smart motto.
Because, according to the World Health Organization, more than 1 million sexually transmitted infections are acquired worldwide EVERY DAY. And props to Lawrence on owning her responsible sexual habits in a world where insisting your partner get tested before you get busy isn’t always the norm.
Ultimately, Jennifer Lawrence said her admissions, which come at around the 59-minute mark in the Stern interview, were evidence that she “[has] not had sex in a very long time.” And added, “I would like to have a relationship, you know. It is hard out there.”
She has a point, of course, but she shouldn’t get too down on herself. Chalamet responded to hearing about Jennifer Lawrence’s crush on him positively, after all: “She’s a total legend,” he told ET. “She’s an icon amongst young people where it’s tough to have a career at a young age, and she’s done that and then some. So, what an honor.”
