Friends, 2019 is off to a roaring start thanks to Issa Rae. Her new movie, Little, is set to hit theaters soon, and if you love 13 Going on 30you’re in for a treat.

On Wednesday, January 8th, Rae took to Instagram to share the trailer for her new film, which also stars Marsai Martin, Regina Hall, and This Is Us actor Justin Hartley. Here’s the basic premise: a successful (but mean) CEO gets trapped in the body of a young girl (Martin), leaving Rae—who plays the CEO’s assistant—to care for her as her guardian as she navigates life as a teenager.

The movie look like so much fun, especially since it gives both Rae and Martin, who you might recognize from Blackish, the chance to shine. And what’s really cool about it? The movie was actually originally pitched by Martin, who is only 14 years old.

“You don’t really see a 14-year-old girl creating her own stuff and actually making it into theaters,” Martin recently told Essence. “That’s why you have to start working with people that will trust you and will believe that you can do it and will trust that you can carry…such a big responsibility.”

She also said that she was inspired by the Tom Hanks movie Big, where the opposite happens—a 12-year-old boy becomes a 30-year-old man overnight. The trailer is definitely enough to convince us that this is going to be an awesome movie, but it’s even cooler knowing that the idea for it came from the mind of a 14 year old.

Excited to see Rae and Martin in action? Little hits theaters on April 12th.
