Update, January 23rd, 2020, 5:30 p.m. ET: The 62nd annual Grammy Awards will air on Sunday, January 26th on CBS at 5:00 p.m. PT. The 2020 Grammy Awards will be hosted by Alicia Keys at Los Angeles’ Staples Center. Taylor Swift has won 10 Grammys over the years and she’s earned 35 nominations. The last time she took home awards was in 2015 for Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Music Video. Taylor Swift is up for three 2020 Grammys, Song of the Year for “Lover,” Best Solo Performance for “You Need to Calm Down,” and Best Pop Vocal Album for Lover.

Despite the pure gold that is Taylor Swift’s most recent album, Reputation, it was not nominated for any 2018 Grammys. And there’s a legit reason for that—Reputation was released on November 10th, 2017, meaning it wasn’t eligible for the 2018 show. But Taylor Swift still received two 2018 Grammy noms. One is for Best Song Written For Visual Media, which is her song with Zayn Malik, “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever,” created for Fifty Shades Darker. The other is for Best Country Song for “Better Man,” a song she wrote for country band Little Big Town. Yes, a country award, after the singer transitioned to pop music! With all of this talk of nominations, we got to wondering: How many Grammys does Taylor Swift have?

It’s absolutely no secret that Swift is insanely successful. She’s broken records, won tons of awards, and is easily one of the biggest pop stars in recent history. Even if you’re not a fan of Swift’s controversial public image, it’s hard to ignore her music. Her songs are good, and it’s impossible to not like at least one of them. All of that being said, you would think that Swift has won a record number of Grammy awards throughout her career. But actually, she hasn’t.

So, how many Grammys does Taylor Swift have? Swift has won 10 Grammys so far. Which is certainly a respectable amount, just maybe not the number you were imagining.

2015 was Taylor’s last big year of Grammy wins.

She scored Album Of The Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for 1989, as well as Best Music Video for “Bad Blood.” She never won a Grammy for Red (how?!), but she did score four Grammys for Fearless in 2009, including Album Of The Year. She also won two awards for “Mean” in 2011, and one for “Safe and Sound” in 2012. And that’s 10.

Also impressive is the fact that Swift has been nominated for 31 Grammys. And, like we mentioned, she could bring home two awards at the 2018 Grammys. false

Taylor is up against some serious competition in both categories, but these are two great songs, so there’s a chance she could take home two more wins. And, judging by the success of Reputation, she’s sure to rack up even more nominations for next year’s show.

So, to recap: How many Grammys does Taylor Swift have? 10.

Now the only question we have left is whether or not Swift will make an appearance at the Grammys this year.

We’ll just have to wait and see!
