Gabrielle Union Just Re-Launched Her Haircare Brand, and Everything’s Only $10
It's filled with products for textured hair, protective styles, and wigs.
The wait for Gabrielle Union's haircare line is over. On July 11th, Union first shared news about her affordable line of products for textured hair, protective styles, and wigs, which she collaborated on with hairstylist Larry Sims. Now, the entire line is available on Amazon, and every product is under $10. In the original announcement post, Union wrote, "It was super important for us to create an elevated line with beautiful natural ingredients while still making the price point accessible to EVERYONE despite your social or economic status."
Yesterday, announcing the official drop on Instagram, Union shared what the line is all about. "It’s about celebrating YOU, your personal style, and your healthy hair journey. I hope you can feel the love that went into this ❤️," she wrote. In a statement, reported by Elle, Union said that she wanted to "encourage self-expression and authentic ownership of personal style" while also prioritizing hair health in an accessible way.
"Wanting to try different hairstyles as a component of that shouldn't mean compromising the health of your hair, nor breaking the bank with expensive products," Union said. "We were dedicated to developing the perfect blend of high-quality, affordable products for all types of textured hair to promote flawless beauty through choice and diversity."
Union originally launched the line in 2017, but it has been revamped from the original formulas.
