In case you haven’t noticed, Drake is kind of amazing. From stopping a dude from groping girls at one of his concerts to donating the entire budget for his “God’s Plan” music video in a random act of kindness, he sets the bar pretty damn high. And on Friday, April 6th, the Canadian rapper-singer-songwriter released his latest single, “Nice For What,” and we cannot contain our excitement. The track features a sample from Lauryn Hill’s “Ex-Factor” — and the accompanying music video, directed by Karena Evans, is a star-studded visual treat.
If you haven’t heard of Evans, she directed Drake’s music video for “God’s Plan.” She was also the first woman ever to receive Canada’s Lipsett Award for her “innovative and unique approach to music video art.”
Oh, yeah, and she’s only 22.
However, the female badassery definitely doesn’t stop there. The music video for “Nice For What” features an entire entourage of powerful women, and we are totally here for it. From American Ballet Theater principal dancer Misty Copeland to Issa Rae, star and co-creator of HBO’s Insecure — and many, many more — we’re in love.
Here’s the full list of women who appear in Drake’s “Nice For What” music video.

Seriously, though, we can’t wait for more from Drake.
Between his adorable geek-out over Millie Bobby Brown and this, what’s not to love? If you need us, we’ll be watching the “Nice For What” music video on repeat.
