Drake's new album inspired an "in my feelings" dance challenge, and we can't stop watching these videos
Completely obsessed with Drake’s new album, Scorpion? You’re not the only one — and now, a truly beautiful internet challenge has come out of it. People all over Twitter and Instagram are doing the “In My Feelings” dance challenge, and if you haven’t seen the videos that are popping up everywhere, get ready for your entire week to be made.
As Mashable pointed out, this whole thing was inspired by Drake’s new song, “In My Feelings,” (duh) and a comedian who came up with the best dance moves that coordinate perfectly with the lyrics. Last week, comedian The Shiggy Show posted a video on Instagram of himself in the middle of the street, giving his all to Drake’s jam — and he got especially into his feelings when the lyric “Keke, do you love me?” dropped.
Given the total genius of the original video, we’re not at all surprised that it sparked an internet-wide dance challenge, and now all kinds of people are joining in, sharing their own hilarious takes on The Shiggy Show’s freestyle.
First, you have to see the original (and if you press play two or three times, we’re honestly not going to blame you):
