On Saturday, September 22nd, it was announced that Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, will testify publicly this week—according to The New York Times. And now, female celebrities, including Sophia Bush, Amy Schumer, Alyssa Milano, Busy Philipps, and Chelsea Handler, are using their large social media followings to urge first daughter Ivanka Trump to support Ford and a fair FBI investigation.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Ivanka told her father President Trump to “cut bait” by withdrawing his advocacy for Kavanaugh. But publicly, she has stayed silent on the topic, which has prompted the #DearIvanka social media campaign. A purple note circulating on Instagram and Twitter, reads:

The sentiment has been shared by women in Hollywood, and many have added some extra words for Ivanka in their captions.

For example, Sophia Bush, wrote, “I figured after the last one of these calls for you to take action, you’d unfollow me. But you’re still following me!! So, let me use this opportunity to call you in. Rather than feeling called out, try to see this as an invitation to merge your words and your actions. Girl. You can do it.”

And Amy Schumer infused her sarcastic humor, saying: “Hey @ivankatrump Were you so excited to wear that pill box hat this week? #fun You will be remembered like Eva Braun unless you do something. It’s not too late.”

Last week, The Washington Post published an account from Ford stating that she’d been sexually assaulted by Kavanaugh when she was only 15 years old at a high school party in suburban Maryland. Ford claims that Kavanaugh “pinned her to a bed on her back and groped over her clothes.” He allegedly put his hand over her mouth when she tried to scream. Stay tuned for more details from Ford’s impending testimony.
