We love awards shows — especially when Cardi B is involved. The 2018 iHeartRadio Music Awards aired on Sunday, March 11th, and the show seemed to be all about the Bronx musical artist from the moment it began. Cardi B opened the awards show with an epic medley performance, and things only got better from there.

Before we all got a glimpse of Cardi on stage, there was a short video of the singer thanking her fans for being there for her throughout her music journey. She said, “I really went through hell and came back, and damn, I’m here.”

Decked out in all black, including a seriously amazing long black tutu skirt, Cardi took the stage with a set of dancers in black latex uniforms. She started off with part of her single “Bartier Cardi,” then moved into her verse from “MotorSport.” From there, she launched into “No Limit,” her hit with G-Eazy, who also appeared on stage with her.

She then moved into versus from “Finesse (Remix),” ending the performance with another round of “Bartier Cardi.” And yes, the audience basically lost its mind. Check it out:

Cardi B is set to do a lot in the coming months. Not only is she going on tour with Bruno Mars, but she also revealed that her debut album is coming out very soon. Thanks to her string of Billboard Hot 100 hits, we definitely can’t wait to hear what she has in store for us. Neither can her fans — just check out these Twitter reactions:

Okay, is anyone else ready to start a countdown to Cardi’s album release? Here’s to hoping she doesn’t make us wait too much longer!
