Beanie Feldstein and Ben Platt were #FriendGoals at the 2020 Golden Globes
We’ll never get sick of celebrity besties, simply because we love seeing famous people supporting each other. So please forgive us for being low-key obsessed with longtime pals Beanie Feldstein and Ben Platt, who both attended the 2020 Golden Globes and had the sweetest things to say about their years-long friendship.
The 26-year-olds were nominated for their roles in Booksmart and The Politician, respectively, marking a truly exciting moment for both of them as their careers continue to blossom. During Platt’s red carpet interview with Ryan Seacrest, E! shared a few snaps of Platt and Feldstein together, and Seacrest asked him how he felt knowing that his close pal was also nominated.
We’re crying. Sorry, but we are.
Then, when Seacrest interviewed Feldstein (joined on the red carpet by her mom) just minutes later, she teared up at the mere mention of her longtime friend.
And to be fair, we’re still a little choked up over this Instagram pic Platt posted to his feed earlier this week.
Though neither Platt nor Feldstein took home an award last night, we’re still swooning over this pair and their adorable friendship. Here’s hoping that 2020 is the year these two team up together on the big or small screen—we’re not picky, but we sorta need this to happen.
