Ariana Grande is returning to Manchester, England this summer, two years after a May 2017 bombing outside her concert took 22 lives. Since the tragic night, Grande has returned to Manchester to visit victims of the bombing attack and to headline the One Love Manchester benefit concert. The singer will return again to headline the Manchester Pride Live concert on Sunday, August 25th, 2019 at Mayfield Depot and Grande said she’s “thrilled” to be returning to the English city.

Grande is also planning a separate “special” Manchester event specifically to honor that city that has seen so much tragedy and yet, has given Grande so much support.

Grande has spoken out about the 2017 Manchester bombing in the past. In her November 2018 YouTube docu-series, she is seen writing an open letter to fans after the attack.

Grande’s Pride performance is set for August 25th, 2019.
