Both instances were caught on film, and Philando’s in particular was broadcast on social media by his girlfriend using Facebook Live. “I promise I will do everything and my administration will do everything in our power to see this matter brought to justice,” Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton told reporters in reference to Philando Castile’s death, reports Yahoo. “Justice will be served in Minnesota.”
