There’s a slightly new version of the “Fifty Shades Darker” trailer, and we’re admittedly way too excited about this
Time to freak out! During a commercial break for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, a new version of the “Fifty Shades Darker” trailer premiered. Don’t worry — it still featured our favorite dude Jamie Dornan as the super sexy Christian Grey, but just entailed a few never-before-scene shots.
To the tune of Zayn Malik and Taylor Swift’s hit song “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever, we hear Ana (Dakota Johnson) talking to her friends about the status of her relationship with Christian. The last we saw the pair, Christian and Ana were wistfully staring at each other as Ana left his apartment. But would it be a melodrama if the pair didn’t get back together?! Now Ana has never been happier, but things are not what they seems…

Remember that creepy girl in the previous trailer that was following Ana around? Well she isn’t just a figment of her imagination. She is VERY real (but fans of the book already knew that of course).
The new trailer includes a few more scenes with this super creepy girl, as well as Christian and his bodyguards happening upon Ana’s Audi A3 — battered and covered in paint. Seriously why does Ana have so many enemies?
Although the first film received some negative press, as of last year Fifty Shades of Grey passed the $500 million mark at the worldwide box office. And TBH, as long as there are more scenes of a shirtless Grey biting toast we will for sure be at the movie theaters with our besties come this February.
