This new ‘OITNB’ trailer is a season one and two refresher course

With one month to go until its third season, it’s time to start brushing up on Orange Is The New Black. Netflix — our ever doting significant other — knows that not all of us have time to re-binge seasons one and two, so they’ve given us a quick OITNB refresher trailer?

This newest OTINB trailer hits the major plot points right away — and reminds us of all the good times of seasons gone by. So what do we need to remember? Basically, that Piper Chapman carried some drug money for her then-girlfriend, Alex, and 10 years later winds up in jail for it. This isn’t just any ordinary jail, but Litchfield Penitentiary, full of only the best, craziest, and sweetest women ever incarcerated.

We see all of our favs, like Taystee, Daya, Big Boo, and Sophia. We also get a quick shot of the newest season two character, Brook, and also mostly MIA season two character, Alex. For season three, she winds up back in Litchfield, but we don’t know how or why yet. What we do know, is that Piper probably won’t deal with it well.

And even though we see Larry in this trailer, don’t forget that Jason Bigs is OUT for season three. Can’t say we’ll miss him too much, though. And know who we don’t see? Vee. Her fate is still kinda up in the air.

The trailer suggests it’s time for us to “join the [OITNB] addiction,” but Netflix, we are already there. All 14 episodes of season three drop onto Netflix on June 12th, so go ahead and clear your schedule.
