The new ‘Hunger Games’ poster ups the intensity by about a thousand

Everyone ready to storm the Capitol? Good. Grab your trusty weapon of choice — whether it be a bow and arrow, crossbow, or trident (applies only to Finnick)  — and suit up, because The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2 is coming, and we can’t wait. If our sheer excitement isn’t enough, we’ve now got a brand new Mockingjay poster featuring some of the characters and chaos we’re going to get during the final installment of Katniss’ heroic journey.

With only 86 (!!) days to go until Mockingjay’s release, a mysterious website for “Squad 451” appeared online earlier this week. Squad 451 is Katniss’ squad — a group willing to fight through all sorts of traps laid out by President Snow to restore peace to Panem. It sounds hard, right? Well, it’s actually going to be even harder than you’re imagining. Good thing Squad 451 includes not only Katniss, but Finnick, Gale, Peeta, Boggs, and Cressida, too.

The newly-released THG poster shows the whole group at the ready in front of a giant downed statue of President Snow. Katniss stands atop it, clad in her blazing-red suit. She is the Girl on Fire, after all.

Anyone else getting major #SquadGoal vibes from the poster? I mean, if we’re heading into certain danger and doom, we’d most certainly want this crew by our side.
