It looks like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie may have reached an agreement over their kids, and we’re hoping all is okay

Ever since we heard that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt broke up, we’ve been mourning the loss of one of our favorite power couples. And we’ve also been hoping things remain as drama-free as possible for pair — especially since there are children involved.

According to People, Jolie says she and Pitt reached a custody agreement,

This comes as no surprise really, since Jolie’s statement about the divorce was very practical and drama-free. Then there’s Pitt, who also took a super mature public stance (that it’s all about their kids and their family right now). So it definitely seems like these two have their priorities straight.

Still, the details are kind of…vague. Jolie’s rep gave this statement:

"We can confirm that childcare professionals have encouraged a legal agreement accepted and signed by both sides over a week ago. In accordance with this agreement, the six children will stay in their mother’s custody, and the children will continue therapeutic visits with their father. This has been determined by childcare professionals to be in the children’s best interest."

HOWEVER (and this is a pretty BIG however), some sources have said that the above is not actually the case; that Brad Pitt has not agreed to any specific terms, and that an agreement is still being reached.

Whatever happens, we hope it is in the best interests of their small army of Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox.

Sending all the good vibes to the Pitt-Jolie clan during this difficult time.
