When was the last time you had a macaron? This video that was shared from the INSIDER food Facebook page will shortly make the answer to that “today.” The step-by-step presentation that features dozens of rainbow macarons being made has already been shared over 12,000 times, and once you watch it, you’ll see why.

The video belongs to Macarons By Tiffany, a Hawaiian baker that specializes in homemade French macarons. Her baking is so popular, that she’s already booked until July. INSIDER added a bit of information to their video, mentioning that Tiffany makes thousands of cookies by hand. These colorful creations come in a bunch of different flavors, including strawberry cheesecake, Fruity Pebbles, and Oreo.

Of course, the great thing about this video is the fact that we’re able to get an inside view on how macarons are created. With the fun colors Tiffany uses, it’s almost hypnotizing.

If you’re on Instagram, you should definitely follow Tiffany’s delicious account. The one bummer? She doesn’t ship. So for those of you who don’t live in or near Oahu, you might be out of luck if you’re interested in trying her tasty creations. But, this should at least inspire you to grab a bunch of amazing macarons locally, or maybe even make a few yourself, if you’re feeling extra adventurous.
