Naomie Harris made head-to-toe plaid look fashion-forward AF at New York Fashion Week
Naomie Harris was nominated for an Oscar for her role in Moonlight, and we haven’t stopped fawning over her amazing outfits donned on the press tour. Now, Naomie proved she can slay at New York Fashion Week as well, wearing a head-to-toe plaid look at the Calvin Klein Collection show.
Naomie rocked the plaid suit with fresh black booties, and looked amazing.
And she threw on a chic white peacoat and complementary scarf when outdoors — looking very New York chic!
And on Instagram, Naomie shared that her outfit had a special meaning.
She wrote:
"Wearing the white bandana to symbolise inclusion, hope & acceptance #tiedtogether"
We’re loving everything about this particular look, and Naomie’s style as a whole. The actress definitely knows a thing or two about fashion. She likes to keep it simple — usually carrying patterns and colors from head-to-toe — and we dig it.
We seriously can’t wait to see what she wears to the Oscars! Naomie is nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the film Moonlight — a role she filmed in just three days, during a break from promoting the James Bond movie Spectre. She told Variety:
"It was one of the most challenging things that I’ve ever done, but also I loved it because basically I was terrified and running on adrenaline. When you’ve only got a short space of time, you never get a chance to slip out of character. You’re just in the zone the whole time. So it just fueled me to get through the whole thing."
Naomie stays true to her personal style, and that’s something that we can carry over into our own day-to-days. She’s a style queen, for sure!
