Sarah Y’s nails look so serene and beautiful! She used OPI Teal the Cows Come Home + Etude House BL501 (cream baby blue) layered with China Glaze Blue Hawaiian. The French Tips were OPI Unfor-Greta-Bly Blue and she topped it off with cute flower decals.
