Kim R is an LA based nail artist who believes in “there’s no such thing as too much sparkle”. We can totally get behind that mantra! She used nail wraps from Scratch and placed gold glitter on her pinky finger to make a “disco” nail. So rad! Check out her Instagram for more nail designs.
