These are the most-Instagrammed locations of 2017, and oops, we’re already packed

As we near the end of this long and winding year, it’s important to look back on the good things that happened. Remember that vacation you took to Disneyland? That was great! With this in mind, Instagram rounded up the 10 most-Instagrammed locations of the year as part of their 2017 Year in Review data compilation, and reminded us of the fun times we had amidst the weirdness.

The social media app’s complete data package yielded some pretty interesting results. It was no surprise that Beyoncé’s pregnancy announcement photo was the most-liked Instagram photo of the year. The portrait racked up 11.1 million likes since Bey posted it on February 1st. And Selena Gomez still holds the honor of having the most-followed Instagram account with more than 130 million followers.

On top of most-Instagrammed global locations, the app also ranked the most-Instagrammed cities. New York slid into the number one spot and Moscow, Russia scored second.

By tagging a location when posting a photo on Instagram, users all over the world contributed to Instagram’s Year in Travel data roundup. If you tagged yourself at one of these 10 locations, you can lay claim to helping these places soar to the top.

So, without further ado, let’s update our Instagram bucket list.
