This mom accidentally made NSFW cookies for her one-year-old’s birthday
Being a parent is tough. You try your best to give the kiddos what they want, but then life happens and you end up like this mom who accidentally baked penis cookies for her 1-year-old’s birthday. If this were an adult celebration, we’d say, “Hey, spruce up the place with that NSFW penis pillow set and make a whole naughty theme out of it,” but that’s not gonna cut it here for obvious reasons.
Now, we wouldn’t classify this as a legitimate birthday disaster because the honoree probably didn’t notice the fact that what was supposed to be a number 1 looked exactly like a penis. We’re no culinary experts, but no way is baking goods for the ones you love supposed to be this complicated.
A Reddit user named Portugalpaul shared the image of the NSFW cookies online, and um, no we don’t think this was the birthday motif mom was aiming for.
“My wife made ‘1’ cookies for our 1 year olds birthday. I don’t think they came out right,” the photo caption reads.
Yeah, clearly the husband’s on to something. A little bit of dough on the top of that number one would’ve gone a long way, but what’s a well-meaning mother gonna do?
In the event that anyone else finds themselves in a similar baking crisis, some of the commenters had some pretty helpful preventative measures. One person suggested using an outline, while another suggested allowing the dough to properly chill before baking.
Hey, it’s the thought that counts! And we can’t imagine that this kid will think any less of mom for making one of the most memorable yet hilarious baking mistakes ever.
