M&M’s is releasing three new “crunchy” flavors, and fans get to decide which one sticks around

If you’re all about trying new flavors of chocolate and candy, you’re going to love this. M&M’s is launching three new flavors next month, and while only one will get to stick around for a while, fans get to vote on which one it’ll be. Don’t let all this power go to your head!

According to Fortune, M&M’s will introduce brand new crispy dark chocolate flavors, including Crunchy Espresso, Crunchy Raspberry, and Crunchy Mint.

Just from those names alone, it sounds like it’s going to be a pretty impossible choice. The taste of coffee goes so well with chocolate, but so do flavors like raspberry and mint! Plus, they get their signature crunch from a grain of crispy rice, so one could argue that they’re almost healthy. Right? Right?!

If you can somehow find it within yourself to pick a favorite M&M’s flavor, you can vote until May 25th for the one you want to stick around. All you have to do is cast your vote on the Flavor Vote 2018 website, or post a selfie on social media using one of three hashtags: #votecrunchyraspberry, #votecrunchymint, or #votecrunchyespresso.

Or, if you’re not into sharing a picture, you can text the word “VOTE” to 84444. Pretty easy, right?

And if you try one of the flavors and just know you can’t live without it, you can do your American duty to the fullest and vote once a day until May 25th. That gives everyone plenty of time to try these flavors and choose the best one. Once a winning flavor is chosen, it’ll stay on shelves for 18 months — so enjoy it while you can.

The only bad news here is that the new flavors won’t hit store shelves until April 1st, so the wait over the next few weeks is about to be agonizing. How are we ever supposed to wait that long?! By filling up on the same old M&M flavors that have been around forever? Okay, fine.

It’ll definitely be interesting to try these M&M’s… and to see which one people end up picking. Don’t mess this up, everyone. With great power comes great responsibility, so we cannot let the chocolate fans in our country down.
